An established international company is looking to hire a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join its Cyprus based operations. This position plays an important role in delivering high-quality assistance to customers while ensuring efficient internal coordination and adherence to operational procedures. Responsibilities:
Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and promotions.
Review and verify promotional activities prior to launch.
Escalate technical issues and complex cases in line with internal procedures.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and operational activities.
Monitor and maintain quality standards in customer communications.
Requirements:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Fluent or native-level German, both written and spoken.
Good command of English is considered an asset.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, on a rotating schedule.
