• Support und Weiterentwicklung von PTC Windchill bei einem namhaften deutschen Industriekunden, im Team mit erfahrenen PLM-Beratern
  
• Tickets eigenständig bearbeiten: Analyse, Lösung, Dokumentation und Abstimmung mit dem Fachbereich auf Deutsch
  
• Themen wie Teile- und Produktstrukturen, Dokumente, Änderungsprozesse, Workflows, Berechtigungen und die Schnittstelle zu SAP
  
• Nach der Einarbeitung auch SAP-Themen (PLM, MM) und Support für weitere Mittelstandskunden
  
• Tests, Dokumentation und Aufbau unserer Wissensbasis, gern mit KI-Werkzeugen
  

Was du mitbringst

• Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau oder C1, Englisch fließend
  
• Studium oder Ausbildung in Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  
• Erste Erfahrung mit PLM, PDM oder CAD, zum Beispiel aus Studium, Praktikum, Werkstudententätigkeit oder Konstruktion
  
• Windchill oder SAP sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  
• Analytisches Denken, saubere Dokumentation und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  
• Du lebst bereits auf Zypern oder möchtest hierher ziehen (EU-Staatsangehörigkeit oder gültige Arbeitserlaubnis)

About us

SC Silver is a boutique SAP consultancy serving German-speaking mid-sized companies and industry. Our team works in Larnaca; our clients are in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Our focus: SAP PLM, logistics (MM, SD, PP, WM), CAD and PLM integration, S/4HANA, and application support.

What you will do

• Support and develop PTC Windchill for a well-known German industrial client, working alongside experienced PLM consultants
  
• Own tickets end to end: analysis, solution, documentation, and alignment with the client’s business users in German
  
• Work on part and product structures, documents, change processes, workflows, authorisations and the SAP interface
  
• After onboarding, take on SAP topics (PLM, MM) and support for further mid-sized clients
  
• Testing, documentation and building our knowledge base, with AI tools where they help
  

What you bring

• German at native level or C1, fluent English
  
• Degree or vocational training in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, business informatics or similar
  
• First exposure to PLM, PDM or CAD, for example through studies, an internship, a working student role or design engineering
  
• Windchill or SAP experience is a plus, not a requirement
  
• Analytical thinking, clean documentation, and you enjoy talking to clients
  
• You already live in Cyprus or are willing to relocate (EU citizen or valid work permit)
