About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Premium Customer Success Officer (German-Speaking) to join our growing team in Cyprus.

The ideal candidate is passionate about client relationships, customer satisfaction, and delivering a high-end customer experience. You will be responsible for managing premium clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring exceptional service and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium German-speaking clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer support and personalized account management.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and guidance.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems accordingly.

Requirements

• Fluent/native level German and good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Retention, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience within iGaming, Forex, or Sales is considered an advantage.
